My ideas for the LIVE! project.

I have looked at a lot of different shows to come up with an idea of what I wanted to do, mainly looking at things I watch on a daily basis, such things like a musical being filmed live, rupauls drag race, one day at a time.

The guy who doesn't like musicals - Not your seed 

in the clip above we are shown a load of different shot types, varies between close up shot type to a medium close up and a medium long shot, the lighting is quite dark which gives it the tension that is needed for this song.

The Rocky Horror Picture Show - Time Warp 

In the short clip of the time warp we are shown different shot types from keeping on the cast and doing a wide pan across the audience to show them up on there feet too dancing along to the song, with each line the cameras are also concentrating on the specific character for example when Magenta is doing her solo in the song it follows her around the stage keeping concentration on her instead of what ever else is happening on the stage, which with close ups and medium long shots and medium close ups.

One Day At A Time - Elena and Syd's first kiss (2x06)

this is scene is from one of the latest hit sitcom shows one day at a time on Netflix it shows the progression between the main character and her new love interest Syd which this show shows the different diversity.

the different angles with in this scene, start of with Elena hanging out the window and then goes to a wide shot where we see both of them Syd leaning against the rail and Elena come out from her room, and then we see them talking and Sad finding out that Elena likes her more then she realised, when each time they are talking the camera focuses on the character talking for example Elena asks Syd  "what message? what did you receive?" and then it goes back and forth while they finish there conversation, however it doesn't break the 180 degree rule during this scene which

My ideas.

My first idea was to do the snatch game but unfortunately I knew I would struggle to get people to do drag for my project so then I came up with another idea of doing a lip sync battle, and thought who would I get to do it and also how I would plan it out by getting the people to practice the songs, but then I came up with another idea of doing the James Corden game spill your guts or fill your guts where the contestants are asked a question which they either have to answer the question or eat the vile food in front of them which I have a plan on how I'm going to do this, by getting family friends who would do this type of thing and filming it in my local pub with an audience of family and friends.

This is a video of, snatch game which was the first idea of what I wanted to do but realized it would be hard for me to do.

Snatch game is a challenge on the show rupauls drag race where the drag queens imitate a celebrity of their choice and basically take the mick out of them but it also seems as they are the chosen celebrity.

this is a clip of a lip sync battle which it was an idea that I wanted to do as well but then I came up with my finale idea.

Lip sync battle is where you have two celebrities going against each other by lip syncing two songs each and then the audience chooses who wins I may not be doing this as my idea but I am going be getting the insperation from there opening sequence for my opening sequence.

This is a clip of what my official idea is and what I want to be able to achieve by the end of this project.

I have an idea of getting deaf Havana to be my "guests" but it may not happen so I have a back up plan of getting family friends to join me in the show. this was my first idea to do for my project but I have fallen to my plan b which I'm going to get people who I know would do this segment with out questioning what type of gross food I'm planning on getting, which is going to be great.
